​Booking Terms

  1. You must be 18 or over to book.

  2. A £25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

  3. The balance is payable by bank transfer 2 days prior to the hire date.

  4. In the event of your cancellation, the deposit is forfeited. However, if more than 14 days notice is given the deposit can be transferred to re-book on another day subject to availability.

  5. All prices are subject to change at any time (excluding confirmed bookings).

  6. If Tiger Tots Soft Play & Inflatables cancel your booking (excludes reasons beyond our control), the full amount you have paid will be refunded.

  7. We are unable to guarantee the weather and therefore Tiger Tots Soft Play & Inflatables will not give a refund if the weather turns bad on, or during, the day of hire and no alternative cover has been arranged. If the weather is unsuitable on the actual day of hire and an outdoor venue has been booked, we will contact the hirer on the day to give the chance of re-booking.


Delivery and Setup Information


  1. The delivery time will be between 8am and 11am and the collection time will be between 5pm and 8pm. If these times are not suitable, please contact us to see what we can arrange.

  2. Please allow up to 45 minutes before the event for Tiger Tots Soft Play & Inflatables to deliver and setup the equipment, and also 45 minutes after the event for us to take down and remove the equipment.

  3. It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure easy access to the venue for unloading and loading of equipment. we require access through a minimum 3ft gap as we use sack wheels. Any restrictions (e.g. lack of parking) must be reported to us prior to the event. We will not carry heavy inflatables nor attempt to get over steps.

  4. We will endeavour to arrive and setup on time, but Tiger Tots Soft Play & Inflatables will not be held responsible for delay incurred due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. traffic problems, bad weather).

  5. Tiger Tots Soft Play & Inflatables will setup the equipment taking into account full safety of the children, and therefore the equipment must not be moved once it has been set up.



It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid damage to the inflatable or injury to persons. Please ensure that the following terms and conditions are followed:

  • Inflatables have an age limit which you will be told upon booking and again on delivery, so please ensure no-one over this age uses the inflatables.

  • Once the inflatables have been set up by Tiger Tots Soft Play and Inflatables staff, it is not to be moved.

  • Ball Pit – please re-bag the balls for us when the hiring period is over.

  • All shoes, badges, watches and jewellery, MUST be removed. It is recommended that spectacles are also removed.

  • No food, drinks or chewing gum to be consumed on the inflatables. If any equipment is collected in a dirty condition, the hirer will incur a cleaning charge.

  • No face-paints, party-poppers, coloured streamers or "silly string" must be used near or on the inflatables, as they can make a terrible mess and permanently stain the inflatables.

  • No smoking or barbeques near the inflatables.

  • No pets, toys or sharp instruments to be allowed on the inflatables.

  • A responsible adult over the age of 18 must supervise the inflatables at all times.

  • Climbing, hanging, or sitting on the walls is DANGEROUS and must not be allowed.

  • Ensure that the inflatables are not overcrowded, and limit the numbers depending on age and size of children using it. If the children are colliding into each other then it is too crowded.

  • Try to avoid large children and small children from using the inflatables at the same time. Some children may require strict supervision.

  • Do not allow anyone to bounce on the step/front apron. The step is there to help users get on and off and jumping on it could cause a child to bounce off.

  • If the inflatables are not being used for any part of the day, please feel free to switch the blower off at the mains.

  • Ensure that no-one with a history of back or neck problems are allowed on the inflatables. Children who feel unwell should also avoid using the inflatables.

  • Do not allow users to be on the inflatables during inflation or deflation.

  • The inflatables can be used in light rain but be aware of slippery surfaces. Any wetness, including bubbling can be dried with a towel. Do not worry as bubbling is a common occurrence. A small picnic table placed over the blower, will help prevent rainwater being sucked into the blower and then into the inflatable.

  • If the rain is heavy, switch off the blower and cease using for safety.

  • Due to safety reasons, inflatables MUST NOT be used in strong winds (or gusts) over 24mph.

  • In the event the blower stops working, please switch it off at the mains, and then switch it back on again 1 or 2 minutes later, and it should restart. If it does not, please inform us IMMEDIATELY.

  • Ensure that the vent on the side of the blower is kept clear at all times.

  • Please ensure there is a minimum of 3 feet clear access to where the inflatables are going and that access does not require stairs or steps as we will not carry heavy inflatables.

  • OVERNIGHT HIRE - All items hired are left at the hirer's own risk. For peace of mind we recommend you check your home insurance to check items are covered whilst on overnight hire at your premises. Our equipment is NOT insured for theft whilst on hire at your venue/premises. Any equipment MUST be suitably covered overnight to protect the Bouncy Castle from moisture and animals. All electrical equipment must be covered or stored in a dry place.

  • No equipment must not be given to anyone other than Tiger Tots Soft Play & Inflatables staff, who will always carry their staff badge. If equipment is collected by anyone other than Tiger Tots Soft Play & Inflatables (stolen), you the hirer will be responsible for the cost of replacing the equipment.

Soft Play

It is the responsibility of the person who is hiring this Soft Play Package to ensure that all possible steps are taken to avoid injury or damage. Please ensure that the following Safety Instructions are followed:

  • The Soft Play has an age limit of 5 years old. Please ensure no one over this age uses the Soft Play equipment.

  • Please ensure that the Soft Play is kept clean – if we have to have the equipment professionally cleaned before the next hire, this will be charged to the hirer.

  • No food or drinks or chewing gum to be allowed on or near the Soft Play.

  • No pets or sharp instruments to be allowed on or near the Soft Play.

  • All shoes, jewellery and badges must be removed before using the Soft Play. Parents/Guardians who enter the Soft Play area or walk over the padded floor tiles whilst supervising must remove their shoes. It is recommended for hygiene reasons that socks should be worn whilst using the Soft Play equipment.

  • No face paints, party poppers, coloured streamers or silly string to be used either on or near the Soft Play.

  • No smoking or barbecues near the Soft Play.

  • Any damage to any of the soft play equipment will result in the hirer having to pay the repair fee.

  • A responsible adult over 18 years old must supervise the Soft Play at all times.  Tiger Tots Soft Play & Inflatables accept no liability for any accidents or injuries that may occur whilst the equipment is on hire.

  • Children must not push, collide, fight or behave in a manner likely to injure or cause distress to others.

  • Ball Pit – please re-bag the balls for us once the hiring period is over.

  • Any damage to the equipment must be reported to Tiger Tots Soft Play & Inflatables upon collection. Please note that the hirer is responsible for any damage and will therefore be charged for the repair.

  • The hirer will be responsible for any loss of equipment during the Hire Period and will be charged accordingly.

Please note that all persons using this equipment do so at their own risk.

The person/organisation hiring the equipment will be responsible/liable for any damage or injury occurring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use.

These guidelines are for the safety of all people using this equipment, and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are adhered to.

Tiger Tots Soft Play and Inflatables cannot and will not accept any responsibility for any injury caused to anyone using this equipment.

I have read the above Terms and Conditions of Hire and fully understand and accept the conditions. I am aware that whilst in my care I am fully responsible for the inflatables/ and will pay for any loss or damage that may occur. I also accept that if the equipment is returned in an unacceptable condition e.g. dirty, I will pay the cleaning charge.
